Lease Addendum between 1800 Industrial, LLC and Alternative Solutions, LLC (June 13, 2018)
This Lease Addendum is an agreement between 1800 Industrial, LLC (landlord) and Alternative Solutions, LLC (tenant) for the rental of commercial space at 1800 Industrial Road, Las Vegas. The lease term is five years, starting July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2023, with specified annual rent increases and an additional monthly charge for common area maintenance. The tenant has the option to renew the lease for another five years at market rates, but not less than the final year's rent. All other original lease terms remain unchanged.
