Subscription Agreement for Purchase of Common Stock between Cleantech Acquisition Corp. and CleanTech Sponsor I LLC
This agreement is between Cleantech Acquisition Corp. and CleanTech Sponsor I LLC. CleanTech Sponsor I LLC agrees to purchase 4,791,667 shares of common stock in Cleantech Acquisition Corp. for $16,667. The shares will be issued subject to the company's Certificate of Incorporation and By-laws. The agreement is signed and dated by both parties on February 16, 2021.
