Summary
Korea Pallet Pool (LogisAll) and Clavis Technologies have entered into an agreement for the development of the second phase of an RFID-based intelligent logistics and distribution information system. The contract runs from December 31, 2008, to July 31, 2009, with a total value of 250,000,000 KRW (excluding VAT). Payment is structured in three installments: 50% as prepayment, 30% as a part payment, and the remaining 20% upon completion. The warranty period extends until July 31, 2010.
