City National Corporation Compensation Terms for Brian Fitzmaurice (2010)
City National Corporation's Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committee approved compensation terms for Brian Fitzmaurice effective October 1, 2010. He will receive a base salary of $400,000, a guaranteed 2010 incentive bonus of $400,000, 20,000 restricted shares, 17,000 stock options with a normal vesting schedule, and a monthly auto allowance of $1,000. The bonus will be paid under the company's executive bonus plans.
