Lease Agreement between Shengda Color and Zhejiang Shuang Ke Da Weaving Co., Ltd. (2010-2012)
Shengda Color (lessee) and Zhejiang Shuang Ke Da Weaving Co., Ltd. (lessor) entered into a lease for 30,661 square meters in Xiang He Qiao Village, Xiaoshan District, from January 1, 2010, to December 31, 2012. The annual rent is RMB 1.2 million, payable before the end of each year. If Shengda Color wishes to terminate the lease early, the lessor can decide whether to continue or end the agreement, and must notify the lessee in writing. The lessee must keep their mailing address updated with the lessor.
