Hangzhou Shengming agrees to buy various types of raw and brown paper from Jiangsu Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Co., Ltd. at specified prices and quantities. The purchase will take place in Xiangheqiao Village, Hangzhou, with payment due monthly, 45 days after delivery, via bank acceptance.
