Purchase Agreement between Hangzhou Shengming and Anhui Shanying Paper Ltd. and Ma'anshan Tianfu Paper Products Co., Ltd.
This agreement is between Hangzhou Shengming (the buyer) and Anhui Shanying Paper Ltd. and Ma'anshan Tianfu Paper Products Co., Ltd. (the vendors) for the purchase of B2-1 Brand paper products. The buyer must send a purchase plan by fax seven days in advance, and the vendor will confirm before proceeding. Products are delivered to the buyer's factory, with the vendor handling and paying for transportation. Payment is due monthly, 45 days after delivery. Product prices may change with market conditions, subject to mutual approval. The agreement is governed by Chinese Contract Law.
