Purchase Agreement between Great Shengda and Anhui Shanying Paper Ltd. & Ma'anshan Tianfu Paper Products Co., Ltd.
This agreement is between Great Shengda (the buyer) and Anhui Shanying Paper Ltd. and Ma'anshan Tianfu Paper Products Co., Ltd. (the vendors) for the purchase of S-1 paper used for cartons. The buyer must send purchase orders by fax at least seven days in advance, and the vendors will process orders upon acknowledgment. Delivery takes place at the buyer's factory, with transportation by vehicle. Payment is due monthly, 45 days after delivery. The agreement is governed by China's Contract Law.
