Sale Contract between Great Shengda and Hangzhou Panasonic Home Electronics Co., Ltd.
Great Shengda (supplier) and Hangzhou Panasonic Home Electronics Co., Ltd. (purchaser) have entered into a sale contract for the supply of goods. The contract covers negotiated pricing, delivery deadlines, risk allocation, and quality guarantees. The supplier is responsible for product quality for three years and must address any issues, including replacing products and covering related losses. Payment is settled monthly, and late payments incur interest. Disputes are resolved in the purchaser’s local court. Raw materials are usually supplied by the supplier, but the purchaser may also provide them by agreement.

| Sales | Every time the Purchaser accepts the goods, it is perceived that the goods are delivered to the Purchaser. But when inspection is need, sales are not recognized before the inspection is done the Purchaser is satisfied. |
