Share Transfer Agreement between Wang Youliang and China Modern Agricultural Information, Inc. for Shares in Hope Diary Holdings Ltd.
This agreement documents the transfer of 50,000 shares in Hope Diary Holdings Ltd. from Wang Youliang to China Modern Agricultural Information, Inc. Wang Youliang, as the transferor, agrees to transfer ownership of the shares to the transferee, China Modern Agricultural Information, Inc., for value received. Both parties have signed the agreement on July 16, 2015, confirming the transfer of shares and the change in ownership.
