Guaranty Contract of Maximum Amount between Changzhou Wujin Best Cable Co., Ltd. and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China
This contract is a guaranty agreement between Changzhou Wujin Best Cable Co., Ltd. (the guarantor) and the Changzhou Wunjin Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (the creditor). The guarantor agrees to be responsible for up to RMB 8 million of debt owed by Changzhou Shunfeng Packing Vessel Co., Ltd. (the obligor) to the creditor, covering loans and related costs from January 4, 2010, to January 3, 2011. The guarantor must pay if the obligor defaults, and the guaranty period extends two years beyond the loan term.
