Loan Extension Agreement between Hong Kong Huaxia International Industrial Co., Ltd. and Zhang Fei
This agreement is between Hong Kong Huaxia International Industrial Co., Ltd. and Zhang Fei. Due to issues with fixed assets not being in place and the return of those assets, the parties have agreed to extend the repayment deadline for a $6,000,000 loan. The new repayment date is June 30, 2015. Both parties have signed to confirm this extension.
