Loan Agreement for Capital Contribution between Chongqing Shenggu Investment Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Central BPO Industry Co., Ltd.
Chongqing Shenggu Investment Co., Ltd. (the lender) and Chongqing Central BPO Industry Co., Ltd. (the borrower) entered into a loan agreement in April 2013. The lender provided an interest-free loan of RMB 12,200,000 to the borrower to be used as a capital contribution in forming the lender.
