Lease Renewal Notice and Extension Agreement between Cerus Corporation and Redwoods Business Center, LP
Cerus Corporation has notified Redwoods Business Center, LP of its decision to renew and extend the lease for the property at 2411 Stanwell Drive, Concord, CA. The lease, originally set to expire earlier, will now continue for an additional two years, ending on July 31, 2019. Both parties have acknowledged and agreed to this extension. This agreement formalizes the renewal under the terms of the original lease.

Pursuant to Section 37, Option to Renew, of the Lease Agreement dated August 1, 2013 this letter will serve as Cerus Corporation's notice of its option to renew and extend the lease for an additional term of two years. The expiration date of the lease shall be extended to July 31, 2019.
