Letter Agreement Extending Amended Management Agreement Between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Capital Fund Management SA
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Capital Fund Management SA have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools until June 30, 2012. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension applies to five specific funds managed under these agreements. Both parties have acknowledged and accepted this extension by signing the letter.
