Management Agreement Renewal Extension between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Secor Capital Advisors L.P.
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Secor Capital Advisors L.P. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools, including Secor Master Fund L.P., Emerging CTA Portfolio L.P., and Ceres Tactical Systematic L.P., through June 30, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The renewal is confirmed by both parties signing this letter.
