Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Krom River Trading AG (June 2014)
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Krom River Trading AG have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools, including Commodity Advisors Portfolio, L.P., Tactical Diversified Futures Fund L.P., KR Master Fund L.P., and Spectrum Currency, through June 30, 2015. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by signatures from both parties.
