Summary

Citigroup Managed Futures LLC sent letters to several investment management firms, including Drury Capital Inc., Aspect Capital Management Ltd., John W. Henry & Company, Inc., Willowbridge Associates Inc., Capital Fund Management, Graham Capital Management, L.P., and Winton Capital Management, to extend the terms of their existing management agreements for various commodity pools through June 30, 2007. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. Each manager is required to acknowledge and accept the extension by signing and returning the letter.
