Extension Letters for Management Agreements between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Various Commodity Pool Managers (June 2007)
Citigroup Managed Futures LLC sent letters to several investment management firms, including Drury Capital Inc., Aspect Capital Management Ltd., John W. Henry & Company, Inc., Willowbridge Associates Inc., Capital Fund Management, Graham Capital Management, L.P., and Winton Capital Management. The letters confirm the extension of existing management agreements for various commodity pools through June 30, 2008, with all other terms remaining unchanged. Each recipient is asked to acknowledge the extension by signing and returning a copy of the letter. No other modifications or new obligations are introduced.
