Management Agreement Renewal Extension between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Willowbridge Associates Inc.
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Willowbridge Associates Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for four commodity pools—Tactical Diversified Futures Fund L.P., CMF Willowbridge Master Fund L.P., Emerging CTA Portfolio LP, and Orion Futures Fund L.P.—through June 30, 2016. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter.
