Summary

Citigroup Managed Futures LLC has sent letters to Willowbridge Associates Inc., Winton Capital Management, and AAA Capital Management Inc. to extend the terms of their existing management agreements for various commodity pools through June 30, 2006. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. Each manager is asked to acknowledge and accept the extension by signing and returning the letter. The agreement ensures continued management of the specified funds under the same conditions for the extended period.
