Guaranty Agreement Between Li Xiangqian and China CITIC Bank Dated February 9, 2006
This agreement is between Li Xiangqian (the guarantor) and China CITIC Bank. Li Xiangqian agrees to guarantee the debts of a company to the bank under a comprehensive agreement from February 17, 2006, to February 17, 2007, up to RMB 50 million and US$10 million. The guarantee covers the loan principal, interest, penalties, damages, and related costs. The guaranty period lasts two years after the company’s obligations are due. If the company defaults, Li Xiangqian is responsible for repayment.
