Renewal of Trading Advisory Agreement between Sydling Futures Management LLC and Winton Capital Management Limited
This letter confirms the renewal of the Trading Advisory Agreement between Sydling Futures Management LLC, Winton Capital Management Limited, Cavendish Futures Fund LLC, and Sydling WNT Master Fund LLC. The agreement, which had expired on June 30, 2017, is extended for an additional twelve months, now expiring on June 30, 2018. The renewal is acknowledged by the parties through signature and return of the letter.
