Summary

Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc have agreed to provide copies of specific long-term debt instruments to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) upon request. This agreement is made in compliance with SEC regulations, allowing the companies not to file these documents with their annual report for the year ended November 30, 2009, unless the SEC specifically asks for them. The agreement is signed by the companies' Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary.
