Undertaking to Furnish Long-Term Debt Instruments to SEC by Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc
Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc have agreed to provide the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with copies of certain long-term debt instruments if requested. This agreement is made in compliance with SEC regulations, allowing the companies not to file these documents with their joint Annual Report for the year ended November 30, 2011. The letter is signed by the companies' Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary.
