Undertaking to Furnish Long-Term Debt Instruments to SEC by Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc
Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc have agreed to provide the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with copies of certain long-term debt instruments if requested. This letter confirms that these documents are not being filed with the companies' joint Annual Report for the year ended November 30, 2013, but will be made available to the SEC upon request. The agreement is signed by the companies' General Counsel and Secretary.
