Summary

Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc have agreed to provide copies of certain long-term debt instruments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) upon request. This agreement is made in compliance with SEC regulations, which allow the companies not to file these instruments with their joint Annual Report for the year ended November 30, 2024, unless specifically requested by the SEC. The agreement is signed by the companies' General Counsel.
