Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc have agreed to provide copies of certain long-term debt instruments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) upon request. This letter, dated January 3, 2024, clarifies that these documents are not included in their joint Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended November 30, 2023, but will be made available to the SEC if needed. The agreement is signed by the General Counsel on behalf of both companies.
