Letter of Authorization for Use of Yunguhui Trademark between Anhui Zhenghao Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Anhui Yunguhui Network Technology Limited
Anhui Zhenghao Asset Management Co., Ltd. authorizes Anhui Yunguhui Network Technology Limited to use the Yunguhui brand registered trademark and logo while the formal transfer of trademark ownership is being processed. This temporary authorization allows the authorized party to use the trademark until all legal transfer procedures are completed. Both parties have signed and sealed the agreement, which is dated August 31, 2018.
