Sixth Amendment to Capitol Bancorp Ltd. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (Addition of Participating Employers)

This amendment to the Capitol Bancorp Ltd. Employee Stock Ownership Plan, effective July 1, 2002, adds seven Arizona-based banking corporations as participating employers. The newly added banks are Bank of Tucson, Valley First Community Bank, Camelback Community Bank, Southern Arizona Community Bank, Mesa Bank, East Valley Community Bank, and Arrowhead Community Bank. The amendment is executed by the authorized representatives of each entity, allowing their employees to participate in the plan from the effective date.
