Eighth Amendment to Capitol Bancorp Ltd. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (with Participating Employers)

This amendment adds five banks—Yuma Community Bank, Desert Community Bank, Red Rock Community Bank, Black Mountain Community Bank, and Goshen Community Bank—as participating employers in the Capitol Bancorp Ltd. Employee Stock Ownership Plan, effective January 1, 2004. The amendment is signed by representatives of each bank and Capitol Bancorp Ltd. It updates the plan to include employees of these banks as eligible participants under the same terms as existing participants.
