Cantel Medical Corp. Employment Agreement Extension Letter with Eric W. Nodiff
Cantel Medical Corp. and Eric W. Nodiff have agreed to extend the term of Mr. Nodiff's existing employment agreement by one year, now ending December 31, 2008. The extension is confirmed by both parties' signatures. No other terms of the original agreement are changed by this letter.
