Summary

Canopy Growth Corporation has established a compensation program for its non-employee directors, effective April 1, 2024. The program provides annual cash retainers and restricted share unit (RSU) grants, with the Board Chair receiving $225,000 and other board members $150,000 in both cash and RSUs. Committee Chairs and members receive additional annual cash retainers of $30,000 and $15,000, respectively.
