Board Resolution Appointing Independent Directors for Cannabics Pharmaceuticals Inc. (June 21, 2019)
Cannabics Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s Board of Directors held a special meeting on June 21, 2019, where they unanimously resolved to appoint Dr. Estery Giloz-Ran and Ran Ballan, Esq. as independent directors to the company's board. The resolution was adopted in accordance with relevant Nevada state law and Nasdaq rules. The decision is effective immediately, and the resolution will be filed in the company's corporate records.
