Cancer Prevention Pharmaceuticals Employment Agreement with Christopher Richied
Cancer Prevention Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Christopher Richied have agreed that, effective September 2, 2013, Mr. Richied will become a full-time, regular employee of the company. His annual salary will be $220,000, which is an increase of $118,000 from his previous compensation. The agreement confirms his new employment status and salary terms.
