Summary
This document outlines the annual base salaries for the named executive officers of Call Now, Inc. and Retama Entertainment Group, Inc. as of March 8, 2011. Thomas R. Johnson (President and CEO, Call Now, Inc.), Christopher J. Hall (Chairman, Call Now, Inc.), and Bryan P. Brown (CEO, Retama Entertainment Group, Inc.) each receive a base salary of $200,000. The Board of Directors may also award discretionary bonuses after each fiscal year, but these are not guaranteed or tied to specific performance goals.

As of March 8, 2011, the Board of Directors established annual base salary for our named executive officers as follows:

Following the end of each fiscal year the Board may pay a bonus to our named executive officers. Such Bonus is paid in the event the Board deems it appropriate and the employee is not promised such bonus in advance and it is not payable for achievement of any established goals or targets.
