Section 3730(b)(l) and request that this case be dismissed with prejudice. The United States and Defendants have agreed that each will bear their own costs, attorneys' fees and expenses. The Relator, Lorenzo Marrero, has reached agreement with the Defendants as to payment of attorneys' fees, expenses and costs, pursuant to 31 U.S.C. Section 3730(d)(1) as provided in the Settlement Agreement. Relator and the United Sates have agreed to a Relator's share pursuant to 31 U.S.C. Section 3730(d)(l).
