Notice of Renewal of Administrative Services Agreement between Bluerock Entities and Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc.
Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc. and its affiliates are notifying Bluerock Real Estate, L.L.C. and Bluerock Real Estate Holdings, LLC that they are renewing their existing Administrative Services Agreement for an additional one-year term, now set to expire on October 31, 2022. This notice is given in accordance with the renewal provisions of the original agreement. The renewal maintains the ongoing relationship and obligations under the original contract.
