Notice of Renewal of Administrative Services Agreement between Bluerock Entities and Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc.
This letter notifies Bluerock Real Estate, L.L.C. and Bluerock Real Estate Holdings, LLC that Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc. and its affiliates are renewing their Administrative Services Agreement for one more year, extending its expiration to October 31, 2021. The renewal is made according to the terms set out in the original agreement dated October 31, 2017. The letter is signed by the Chief Operating Officer and President of Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc.

(“BRRE”) and Bluerock Real Estate Holdings, LLC (“BREH,” and together with BRRE, the “Bluerock Entities”), and Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc. (the “REIT”), Bluerock Residential Holdings, L.P. (the “OP”), Bluerock TRS Holdings, LLC (the “TRS”), and Bluerock REIT Operator, LLC (“REIT Operator,” and together with the REIT, the OP and the TRS, the “Company”).
