Amendment to Employment Agreement between MIM Corporation and Richard H. Friedman (October 28, 2004)
This letter amends the Employment Agreement between MIM Corporation and Richard H. Friedman. It states that if the company does not renew Mr. Friedman's employment at the end of the contract term, it will be treated as a termination without cause. In that case, Mr. Friedman will receive the termination benefits outlined in the original agreement, including one year of continued salary. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. The amendment is governed by New York law.
