EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. has issued a final invoice to Moringa Acquisition Corp for services related to Moringa’s business combination with Silexion Therapeutics Ltd. The total amount due is $1,600,000, with $350,000 payable in cash at closing and $1,250,000 payable via a convertible promissory note. Payment instructions are provided for wire transfer.
