Amendment and Extension of Commercial Lease Agreement between DeSoto Investments, LLC and Biodesix, Inc.
This amendment extends the commercial lease between DeSoto Investments, LLC (landlord) and Biodesix, Inc. (tenant) for the property at 8960 Commerce Drive, De Soto, Kansas. The lease is extended for three years, from November 1, 2023, to October 31, 2026, with two additional five-year renewal options if the tenant is in good standing. The tenant will pay a set monthly rent and common area maintenance charges, with rent adjustments for any renewal terms based on fair market value or a 5% increase, whichever is higher.
