Renewal Letter for Committed Line of Credit between PNC Bank and Bioclinica, Inc. and Oxford Bio-Imaging Research, Inc.
PNC Bank has renewed the committed line of credit for Bioclinica, Inc. and Oxford Bio-Imaging Research, Inc., extending the expiration date from May 4, 2013 to May 4, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement and note remain unchanged. This letter serves as formal notice of the extension, ensuring continued access to the line of credit under the same terms for an additional year.

All other terms and conditions of the Committed Line of Credit Note and the Letter Agreement remain in full force and effect.
