Extension Agreement to Employment Agreement between Techne Corporation and Marcel Veronneau

Summary

Techne Corporation and Marcel Veronneau have agreed to extend the term of their existing employment agreement. The new termination date is June 30, 2004, extending the previous agreement that was set to expire on June 30, 2001. All other terms and conditions of the original employment agreement remain unchanged.
