Amendment to Employment Agreement between Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. and Leonard Feinstein (February 2017)
Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. and Leonard Feinstein have agreed to extend the final date of Mr. Feinstein's employment agreement to May 26, 2017, to allow more time for discussions about possible revisions to the agreement. All other terms of the original employment agreement remain unchanged and in effect.

We write to confirm that in order to provide additional time for discussions respecting revisions to your employment agreement, as amended (the “Agreement”), the Agreement is hereby amended so that the Final Date thereunder shall be May 26, 2017. Except as aforesaid, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and unchanged.
