Waiver Letter Agreement between Acclaim Entertainment Ltd. and BAM Entertainment Limited regarding Wallace & Gromit Game Titles
Acclaim Entertainment Limited and BAM Entertainment Limited have agreed that Acclaim acknowledges receipt of certain Wallace & Gromit video game products delivered before October 31, 2003. Acclaim waives its contractual rights to terminate these specific game titles or to reduce the minimum guarantees for them, as previously outlined in their agreement. This letter formalizes Acclaim's acceptance of the products and its waiver of those rights.

We waive our right under Clause 6 (c) (iii) to terminate the aforementioned Game Titles, and we waive our right under Clause 6 (c) (iv) to reduce the minimum guarantees for the aforementioned games.
