Amendment to Commercial Lease Agreement between Ja-Cole L.P. and AxoGen Corporation for 300 Boone Rd, Burleson, TX
This amendment updates the commercial lease between Ja-Cole L.P. (landlord) and AxoGen Corporation (tenant) for the property at 300 Boone Rd, Burleson, Texas. Effective May 1, 2019, it changes the leased suite numbers, adjusts the lease term to end on April 30, 2022, and sets new monthly rent amounts: $11,250 from May 2019 to April 2021, and $11,650 from May 2021 to April 2022. Other terms, such as parking and maintenance responsibilities, are also updated. Both parties have signed to confirm these changes.
