Modification No. 15 to Contract HHSO100201500028C Between U.S. Government and Contractor for VMI Services and Procurement
This contract modification adds and funds new contract line items (CLINs 0011, 0012, and 0013) for VMI maintenance, procurement, and ramp-up services between February 16, 2024, and September 28, 2025. It updates option prices, clarifies which items are funded or unfunded, and removes certain reporting requirements except those in the Statement of Work.
