Summary
Ardent Acquisition Corporation (AAC) and American Fund Advisors, Inc. agree that, starting from AAC's IPO effective date until AAC completes a business combination or distributes its trust fund, American Fund Advisors will provide AAC with office space and secretarial services at a specified New York address. AAC will pay $7,500 per month for these services until the agreement ends upon either event.

In exchange therefore, AAC shall pay American Fund Advisors, Inc. the sum of $7,500 per month on the Effective Date and continuing monthly thereafter until the Termination Date.
