Extension Agreement to Consulting Agreement between Autobytel Inc. and Robert S. Grimes
Autobytel Inc. and Robert S. Grimes have agreed to extend the term of their existing Consulting Agreement, originally dated April 1, 2000, through March 31, 2004. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged. This extension is confirmed by both parties' signatures.
